Collection of general information

When you access our website, we or our website operator (hosting provider) automatically collect information of a general nature in the form of server log files. This information includes the name of the website accessed, file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful access, your browser, your operating system, the referrer URL (previously visited page), IP address and the requesting provider. This information is technically necessary in order to correctly deliver website content requested by you and to analyse any error situations that may occur. Anonymous information of this kind is statistically evaluated by us in order to optimise our website and the technology behind it. When using these general data and information, we do not draw any conclusions about the data subject (you).

Cooperation with order processors and third parties

If, in the course of processing your data, we rely on the cooperation of other persons and companies (e.g. hosting providers), transmit data to them or otherwise grant them access to the data, this will only be done on the basis of a legal permission, if you have consented, if a legal obligation provides for this or on the basis of our legitimate interests.  If we commission third parties with the processing of data, this is done exclusively on the basis of a so-called order processor contract in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. In no case do we or a processor process your data for any purpose other than the intended purpose.

Data economy and storage

As a matter of principle, we only collect and store personal data to the extent and for the duration required to achieve the desired permissible purpose. We therefore only store as much personal data as is necessary for the purpose for which it is used and until this purpose or any statutory retention period no longer applies.

You have the right to obtain information about your personal data stored by us at any time. If data are not deleted for one of the aforementioned reasons, their processing will be restricted. I.e. the data is blocked and not processed for other purposes. For this purpose, their data is kept in a lock file for control purposes.
